We’re a locally owned and operated, thriving small company in the Baltimore area. Since we’re not an inflated developer, we’re able to offer competitive prices for excellent service. We love and take pride in what we do, and our intention is to keep it that way.

Did what they promised – reliable, solid quality, and reasonably priced!

I have lived in Roland Park for the past five 5 years. During that time I have contracted with Finer Remodeling on several occasions. Specifically, they have completely finished my basement and built an entirely new bathroom on the second floor. I usually hate builders as I have found them to be consistently unreliable and untrustworthy in the past. I could not have had a more different experience with Mr. Dashner and Finer Remodeling. On every occasion Finer Remodeling did exactly what they promised they would do and were timely and punctual in every aspect of the various projects. On one occasion, I asked that a major project be completed during the Christmas week while I was on vacation with my family and Mr. Dashner worked every day through the holidays to meet that deadline. Eric Michael Dashner, Owner / MHIC #87192

For more than a decade, Eric has successfully managed all aspects of his independent, thriving, full-service residential building and remodeling company, Finder Remodeling. Eric works directly with customers to design a wide range of inspiring home projects, and oversees the entire process, from start to finish.

Eric is known for his:

  • Ability to manage complex projects and completion requirements with a high level of quality control
  • Proven track record of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions
  • Attention to detail and post-project clean-up

Eric is also a devoted husband and father. He lives in Baltimore County and is an active member of the community where he lives and works.
